They finally sent someone to train me on the way things should be done I have the basics down pat now I am learning the right way to do everything lol... The girl they sent really knows her stuff. So I am starting to feel more comfortable with how I am doing she seems to not feel like she needs to tell me much I am basically just asking her questions and taking notes.
