Sooooo tomorrow I start the new job. Ed and I will be leaving bright and early in the morning hehe I have a feeling its not even going to feel like work at first it will be so odd but once I get into the groove and I am not in training it will hit me hehehe anywho enough talking about my new job. I figure since my New Years resolution was to loose some weight I should give an update on that... I have since I started the diet lost 5.60 pounds and I have not been starving myself I simply eat when I am hungry right at the end of the bank job there was alot of cake and stuff available so I ate it I didn't deprive myself but I also didn't go overboard. My regular eating habits have become more healthy though other than the cake I have had little to no soda and I haven't missed it I drink water w/ lemon and green tea all day and for breakfast I either eat an English muffin with some smart balance butter on it (which keeps you fuller longer because it has omega3 in it) or an English muffin with peanut butter and a banana. Then for a mid morning snack I have yogurt with a chopped banana in it. (sooooo yummy you'd be surprised) then for lunch I eat whatever leftovers I have from dinner the night before... really its not what I eat its all about the portions this is the easiest diet I have ever been on and its because I allow myself to indulge when I feel I need it =-) Dinner is pretty much whatever I feel like eating but I don't overdue the pasta I eat more fruits or veggies with my dinner. So this is how I have gotten where I am yes its a slow weight lose plan but it is working and I am in no hurry which is always a good thing hehe... So try it... O yeah and make sure not to eat 3 hours before bed time.... Thats all folks!
