It feels like forever since I have posted... I am still on the diet and have been consistantly loosing weight even if it is a tenth of a pound I take my weight everyday and I have a paper on the wall in my bathroom that I track it on. Basically all I am doing is what I have always done but cutting out excessive eating during work hours. It seems that working at a bank that is usually slow during the day all you want to do is eat so instead of eating breakfast finishing it and moving on to a snack I drag out breakfast as long as possible same with lunch... it seems to work and keep my tummy happy =-) I hope I can keep this up... Thats all for now TTY TOMMORROW!
