The new year creeps up on us just as quickly as the last, within a few days we will be caught up in the celebration of the New Year. Have you thought about your New Years resolution? For most of us I'm sure it will be one of the classic resolutions 'I want to loose some weight before the summer of 2008', or 'I want to quit smoking.' Whatever the resolution might be it seems it is always to better yourself. Thats whats so great about New Years you get the feeling that you are getting a fresh start so why not start by bettering your life.

My resolution is to loose 30 pounds by April. I have been drinking Green Tea over 3 cups a day. Once the New Year begins I will drink 3 cups or more of Green Tea a day, (which is said to speed up your metabolism) I will not eat past 8 oclock and I will be watching my portion sizes. My goal is 30 lbs if I at least loose 20 by then I will be satisfied. So I will take you on my weight lose journey. =-)

I am currently a member of www.PeerTrainer.com its a free website where you can log what you eat and discuss with other people your weight loss plan. It helps me personally to have to be accountable to the website even if no one is checking up on me hehe.

This marks the end of my first post hehehe at 1:43 am on December 29th 2007!! Not bad for a first post I suppose =-)
