Wow it has been a long time since I have posted I was just reading my second to last post where I was complaining about it being winter and laughing because now that its finally fall I am so happy and it wasn't even Halloween before we got our first snow =-/ lol it was a mess here in New Jersey but very good for the Auto Glass business alot of fallen trees... I feel for the people that have had this happen but business is business hehe... terrible I know...
So I never lost that weight last winter that I was hoping I would but I can tell you exactly why and that is because every time I diet I always leave out exercise because I am to lazy so I decided I should get a treadmill so I went on Craigslist and found a women local to me who is selling one for $50!!! I couldn't believe how cheap so I jumped on the opportunity and went to look at it today... eh, it was a bit dusty but its otherwise in decent condition and I think it is just what I need... Every time I have gone to a gym I have stayed on the treadmill the majority of the time and that costs what $50 a month around here... so whats the point I can exercise in the privacy of my own home in whatever attire I desire to wear or not wear hahaha... and I am
hoping my cats will hop on as well lol... They both have flabby tummys... hehehe
Anyway I am back into the Green Tea drinking phase and I am drinking a shot glass and a half of Acai Berry Juice in the morning and having smoothies instead of fattening foods to start my day. The smoothies contain flax seed meal, whey protein powder and meal replacement powder as well as yogurt fruit juice and frozen fruits so you can imagine I keep sipping on that all morning and I am not hungry until after lunch time has already passed... Smoothies are yummy and terribly convenient I work as a Customer Service Rep and its a job that demands my full attention from the minute I walk in the door so its alot easier to sip on a smoothie than to chew on a bagel and it keeps me fuller longer...
